This is based on find 9165 from Coppergate. 
While the original was face-turned in alder, ours are replicated in sycamore, which would have been widely available at the time, and is renowned for it's naturally antibacterial properties.
These platters are all wax finished, and measure roughly 12 inches x 2 inches deep.
